- Fresh flowers and greenery carry pollen and scent, which can bother people with hay fever, asthma or fragrance sensitivity.
- Some stems and leaves have sap that can irritate sensitive skin - wash your hands after trimming or handling them.
If the recipient has allergies or pets, you may prefer to send a gift without fresh flowers or plants.

Delivery & Substitutions
When it arrives
Same-day delivery in Greater Toronto Area when ordered by 11:00 AM ET and in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland when ordered by 11:00 AM PT, delivered by 5 p.m. to businesses and 9 p.m. to residences. Everywhere else is shipped: Ontario and east from Toronto (order by 2:00 PM ET); Manitoba and west from Vancouver (order by 2:00 PM PT). Cut-offs are shown in the recipient's local time. Delivery is free on orders over $100 CAD in the same-day areas; $15.99–$19.99 on orders under that.
Delivered by 9 p.m. in the same-day areas. If nobody answers, the driver leaves the gift in a safe spot or with a neighbour and lets the recipient know; gifts containing alcohol are never left unattended. Delivered by 5 p.m. in the same-day areas, to reception or the mailroom; please include the company name and floor or suite.
If an item is unavailable
Availability may require substitutions that preserve the gift’s overall value, theme and design.
Perishable and time-sensitive gifts
Choose the recommended delivery method at checkout. With slower shipping, perishable items may be replaced by non-perishable alternatives to protect quality.
Gifts containing alcohol are handed only to a recipient of legal drinking age who shows photo ID at the door; they cannot be left unattended. Legal drinking age at the delivery address: 19+ (18+ in Quebec, Alberta and Manitoba).
