Kitchener’s N2G sample returned a courier estimate. If the gift is going to a workplace that shuts for Christmas, choose an available arrival date before the last staffed day. A confirmation email marks the order being accepted, while dispatch and delivery are separate stages to follow afterward.
A team assortment should be practical to distribute. Wrapped chocolate and cookies can be shared between desks, whereas a wine pairing may be better addressed to one person. Ask whether reception can hold a food parcel and who will collect it. Add a concise sender name to the greeting so the recipient can connect the gift with the relationship, even if the billing details belong to a different department.
